Desired Candidate Profile

• 7 or more years of solid experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Services
• Responsible for getting new clients with recurring business opportunity and support existing clients
• Should be able to handle most of the RFP’s, Project Responses and Vendor Applications for ISM
• Should be able to work independently and manage activities of telemarketing staff
• Extremely good skills in Business Planning, Operations & People Management
• Should have a bent of mind for Research with ability to lead and mentor a large teams
