system, which manages the transcription cycle from the
beginning to end by integrating voice recording, digital
scripting, delivery to the transcription service, and
final transcript receipt. .Once doctors dictate and
save the voice files on the PDA, the system captures
the electronic dictation, routes it to the transcription
service, and attaches the transcribed reports to the
patient EMR. Physicians have the flexibility to define
